About the Role:
We are seeking an Elite Outbound Appointment Setter who excels in generating high-quality appointments through cold outreach. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires grit, determination, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, engaging them with our offerings, and setting up qualified appointments that convert into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in pure outbound sales efforts, leveraging your expertise to contact and qualify leads.
- Set up appointments that meet our stringent qualification criteria:
- Serious Intent: The prospect must show genuine interest in the services.
- Financial Capability: The prospect must have the necessary budget for the services.
- Service Compatibility: The prospect must be a good fit for the services offered.
- Readiness to Start: The prospect should be ready to start within the next 30 days.
- Offer Made: The sales rep must have made an offer to the prospect during the appointment.
- Consistently achieve performance targets, with a base rate of $35 per qualified appointment and additional bonuses based on volume and performance.
- Maintain meticulous records of outreach efforts and appointment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of top-tier performance in outbound sales or appointment setting.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a relentless drive to succeed.

Successful Completion of the Trial:
If you complete the 30-day paid trial period and meet our performance standards, you will be offered a permanent position as an Elite Outbound Appointment Setter. This will include all the benefits and compensation structure outlined in the job post, along with potential career advancement opportunities.
Compensation:
Base Rate:
- Per Qualified Appointment: $35
- Offer Made: The sales rep must have made an offer to the prospect during the appointment.
- Serious Intent: The prospect must show genuine interest in the services.
- Financial Capability: The prospect must have the necessary budget for the services.
- Service Compatibility: The prospect must be a good fit for the services offered.
- Readiness to Start: The prospect should be ready to start within the next 30 days.
Incremental Bonuses:
1-10 Qualified Appointments in a Month: $35 per appointment.
11-20 Qualified Appointments in a Month: $45 per appointment.
21-30 Qualified Appointments in a Month: $55 per appointment.
31+ Qualified Appointments in a Month: $65 per appointment.
Self-Generated Leads:
Self-generated leads are those not produced by the company's lead-generation campaigns,
- LinkedIn profile outreach
- Social media profiles (personal or professional)
- Outbound cold calling using our D7 lists
- Other outbound cold-calling methods such as finding contacts on the web
