JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a customer service representative with ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING background.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Electrical / Electronics degree or valid work experience is preferred so candidate can thoroughly understand our customers, markets and products
2. It is preferred that you have some working knowledge of basic AC power, Transformers.
3. Experience of electrical measurements (e.g. DMM, Scope, LCR meter) would also be an advantage.
4. Very good verbal and written English. Good mathematical skills to analyse and interpret and present test data to customers.
5. Customer-oriented. Able to understand and empathise easily, with enthusiasm, by telephone or MS Teams as well as email
6. Copywriting or technical writing is also a plus.

DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES:
1. Pre and post-sale applications support for customers.
2. Able to respond to web input/emails/phone calls from customers and provide technical explanations and solutions to their questions and issues.
3. Support new and existing customers through the information/demonstration/quote and ongoing technical support questions.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We manufacture test and measurement equipment for industry, so we will supply equipment of each type for the employee to use. However, the equipment can generate dangerous voltages. Candidates should be able to have a dedicated work area where a set of our equipment can be set up to allow them to provide app support away from any others for safety reasons. Can
