Educational Content Organizer

This is a 6 week project, with weekly milestone payments. It is ideal for someone with experience working with teaching content, coaching programs, or online course materials

Job Overview:
I’m looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant for a 6 week project to help organize and extract key insights from 43 previously completed projects housed in Basecamp. These vary in length and format. Your role will be to copy comments, writeboards and relevant insights from each project and organize them into a clean, searchable format (Google Docs, Sheets—we’ll dUpgrade to see actual info together during onboarding).

Responsibilities:
Access and review 43 completed projects in Basecamp
Extract and organize:
Instructor and participant comments
Key teachings and lesson content
Patterns or insights that emerge across projects
Label and organize each project clearly for future reference
Create a summary index with links and brief overviews of each project
Provide weekly progress updates aligned with milestones

Tools You'll Use:
Basecamp (project archive access will be provided)
Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) – format and structure to be dUpgrade to see actual info collaboratively in Week 1

Ideal Skills:
Familiarity with Basecamp or ability to learn quickly
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Clear, concise writing and summarizing skills
Tech-savvy with online tools (Google Workspace etc.)
Bonus: Experience working with teaching content, coaching programs, or online course materials

Payment & Milestones:
This is a milestone-based contract paid weekly based on deliverables.

Target breakdown:
Week 1: Onboard to Basecamp, co-create organization system, complete first 7 projects
Week 2: Complete next 7 projects
Week 3: Complete next 7 projects
Week 4: Complete next 8 projects
Week 5: Complete next 7 projects
Week 6: Complete final 7 projects, polish organization, create summary index
