POSITION OVERVIEW
The Educational Content Copywriter will play a crucial role in researching and developing compelling, accurate content for homebuyers, sellers, and investors. This person will be responsible for creating structured course materials, drafting speaking scripts for educational videos, and adapting content for blogs, courses, and more. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has exceptional English language skills. They are also open to using AI applications, such as Perplexity, ChatGPT, and other tools, to enhance research and content development. However, they understand the importance of a human touch and will ensure AI-generated content is personalized, natural, and conversational, especially for video scripts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Research Topics: Identify and research popular topics of interest to homebuyers, home sellers, and real estate investors.
Content Development: Create course outlines, lessons, and speaking scripts for video content, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and educational value.
AI-Enhanced Content Creation: Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others to assist with research and content drafting. Review, refine, and 'humanize' AI-generated content to maintain warmth and relatability.
Content Repurposing: Adapt content from scripts and outlines into various formats, such as blog posts, course lessons, and downloadable resources.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing team to align with HomeWise Institute’s mission and brand tone.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Fluency in English: Excellent command of the English language, with impeccable grammar, vocabulary, and writing style.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Experience with AI Tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.): Openness to using AI for content creation, with the capability to review and edit output for tone and quality.
Adaptability and Creativity: Ability to write in a natural, conversational style suitable for various content formats.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in real estate, education, or related fields.
Familiarity with video scriptwriting, blogging, or online course development.
A keen interest in real estate trends and consumer needs.
