JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities
Editorial Board Support
• Work closely with the editorial board to facilitate efficient review processes and ensure timely feedback to authors.
• Provide administrative support and address any queries or concerns from editorial board members.
Author Relations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for authors submitting surgical videos.
• Guide authors through the submission process, ensuring adherence to guidelines and providing timely feedback.
• Address author inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Member Engagement
• Assist members with technical issues and platform navigation.
• Foster a sense of community and belonging among members.
Partner Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.
• Provide support and assistance to partners as needed.
• Ensure that contractual obligations are met, and partner satisfaction is maintained.
Project Management
• Contribute to the planning and execution of key initiatives.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor progress and address any challenges proactively.
Additional Duties
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in communications, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, customer service, or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with medical or scientific publishing, especially in the digital space, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new software.
