Edit video and add graphics and animations

I have a video that needs the last 1 second clipped off of it. When that is done, I want graphics added to it similar to a video it will be replacing on a website I have. That website is Upgrade to see actual info and it's the 1st video on that page, this new edited video will replace. I DO NOT want the intro graphics on the current to change, just adding graphics similar to what is within the current video on the above website.
