About the Company
We are a rapidly growing ecommerce business operating 2 brands across different marketplaces, and countries. In the US, we’re selling on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and others. In the UK/EU we’re only selling on Amazon, but our plans are to expand by the end of this year. Our small, dedicated team works remotely across multiple time zones, communicating asynchronously to drive our business forward. We have a strong culture of fairness, meritocracy, and data orientation.


About the Role:
The applicant will be responsible for operating and optimizing all aspects of our Ecommerce business, including but not limited to, catalog management and optimization, logistics, product launches, keyword and product research.


Responsibilities:
- Catalog management and optimization across different ecommerce platforms
- Perform bulk uploads of Amazon listings via flat files
- Listing Optimization: create and optimize product listings, including A+, to maximize visibility and sales
- Order Processing: process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
- Create PPC campaigns in Amazon and Walmart and generate reports
- Work closely with graphic designers to create and upload content
- Create discounts on all marketplaces
- Keyword and product research with tools such as Helium10
- Update prices, coupons and discounts
- Marketplace expansion in the US, CA, UK and the EU
- Update expenses into our financial reporting software
- Edit Premium A+ content
- Inventory Management: monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and available for sale.
- Create shipments between warehouses and fulfillment centers
- Research products and suppliers
- Provide fast and efficient communication
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, address issues, and provide excellent service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Fill non-Amazon sales into accountants’s excel file for VAT reporting in the EU.



Required Skills
- Amazon flat files. The candidate must have extensive experience with updating listings via flat files.
- Excel and Google Sheets. Applicant must have extensive experiece with both
- Extensive knowledge of Amazon automation tools and software, such as Helium10
- Familiarity with Clickup, Slack
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its features.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in editing A+ content on Amazon listings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of personal accountability

Requirements
- minimum 2 years experience in managing Amazon accounts
- references from the last employers. These have to be Amazon/Ecommerce employers.
- Expert-level knowledge of Amazon and Ecommerce. Not for beginners or intermediates
- Ability and willingness to work with time trackers (Hubstaff or Time Doctor)
