Ecommerce VA

We are looking for a part-time eCommerce Virtual Assistant to help with product listing and uploading across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Etsy. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Etsy product listing, WordPress product uploads, and writing compelling product descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:
-Upload and manage thousands of products on Etsy and other eCommerce platforms
-Write clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions
-Ensure all product data is correctly entered and organized
-Maintain data accuracy and integrity
-Assist in routine eCommerce tasks and listings
-May also be considered for Customer Service Representative (CSR) duties

Requirements:
-Proven experience with Etsy and WordPress product uploads
-Strong attention to detail—someone we can trust not to mess up data
-Ability to handle large-scale product uploads efficiently
-Preferably female candidate
-Experience with Monday.com is an advantage
-Good communication skills
