Ovrload is the fastest-growing creatine brand in the UK, our hero product being crealyte® - a creatine and electrolyte gummy. We’re an online-first ecommerce supplement subscription brand marketing through channels like Instagram & Tiktok, and selling through our website on Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is for someone that wants to get stuck into the customer experience arm of a start-up brand. This will include answering complaints, queries and feedback via our support email and social channels from customers. Your job is to turn customer retention and satisfaction into an art.

Richpanel (CRM software)
Shopify
Skio (subscriptions)
Mintsoft (3PL software)
Google Sheets
Whatsapp

*VERY GOOD LEVEL OF ENGLISH REQUIRED*

Hours & Working Schedule:
Training Schedule: 1-2 weeks (taught by Head of CX via Google Meets)
Thursday - Monday: 11am-7pm GMT
