### **Your Mission:**

As an **Ecommerce SEO Specialist** at Organic Checkout, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client communication. This role demands both **high intellectual horsepower (IQ)** to solve complex SEO challenges and **exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ)** to build strong relationships with clients and teammates. You won’t just implement SEO tactics—you’ll guide businesses to sustainable organic growth with insight, empathy, and strategic foresight.

### **What You’ll Do:**

- Own the **end-to-end SEO strategy** for ecommerce brands, driving measurable revenue impact through organic search.
- Conduct in-depth site audits, identifying and resolving technical SEO, content, and structural challenges.
- Leverage **data-driven insights** to adapt strategies based on industry trends, competitive analysis, and search algorithm changes.
- Guide ecommerce brands through **clear, strategic storytelling**—helping clients understand SEO as an investment, not just an expense.
- Optimize product/category pages, content hubs, and link-building strategies to **maximize organic revenue growth**.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and content teams to integrate SEO best practices seamlessly.
- Lead client strategy meetings, presenting insights with clarity, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a deep understanding of client goals and business models.

### **What We’re Looking For:**

- **7+ years of hands-on experience** in SEO, with a proven track record in **ecommerce SEO**.
- **Mastery of SEO tools** like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong **analytical skills**—you can turn complex data into actionable insights.
- **Exceptional communication and storytelling** skills—you simplify complexity and build trust effortlessly.
- A deep understanding of **search intent**, **customer psychology**, and **how SEO drives revenue**.
- Experience with **CRO, UX, and digital marketing beyond SEO** is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, schema markup, and Shopify/WordPress ecosystems.
- Proven ability to **lead client relationships** with confidence, empathy, and strategic clarity.
