MadTsuki is a fast-growing ecommerce brands group, and we’re seeking a highly skilled, fast, and smart Ecommerce Operations Specialist to manage daily operations, financial processes, supplier communications, and platform updates. This role is critical to ensuring our business runs efficiently and continues to scale.

Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Payroll:
Process bi-monthly and monthly payrolls for team members and freelancers using Mercury and other payment platforms.
Handle supplier payments, verify invoices, and maintain accurate records in Google Sheets.
Assist with financial calculations, including balance checks and updates to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

Ecommerce Operations:
Manage and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
Oversee affiliate program approvals, payments, and tracking using UpPromote and Snowball.
Monitor chargebacks and PayPal cases, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain and update financial and operational records in tools like TripleWhale.

Supplier and Freelancer Management:
Communicate with suppliers to collect invoices and ensure timely payments.
Hire and manage freelancers for tasks such as retouching, content creation, and operational support.
Track deliverables, verify invoice accuracy, and align payments with the scope of work.

Administrative Tasks:
Keep comprehensive records of all fixed and variable expenses in Google Sheets.
Regularly update and track software and app subscriptions to ensure accurate cost allocation.

Other Key Tasks:
Review and approve daily orders from platforms like Faire.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve logistics updates promptly.
Assist with periodic balance reviews and reporting to ensure financial stability.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
Proven experience in ecommerce operations (Shopify experience is a must).
Familiarity with financial processes, supplier management, and team hiring.

Skills:
Proficient in Google Sheets: Advanced skills for calculations, data analysis, and financial tracking.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with various platforms and able to learn new tools quickly.
Strong Financial Acumen: Knowledge of payroll, invoicing, and cost management.
Hiring Expertise: Experience recruiting and managing freelancers and other service providers.
