Our Client is a fast-growing ECommerce company that specializes in on-line sales and Marketing of National and Private Label branded products. Their products are featured via a series of on-line stores and 3rd party merchant platforms such as Amazon, Wal-Mart, Ebay and others. They are in the top one percent of ECommerce companies according to Amazon and growing quickly. They are seeking smart, energetic people to help them continue to rise in the ranks on all Ecommerce channels.
Role Overview
As the E-Commerce Operations Manager, you’ll work remotely to oversee our Operations Team and assist Account Managers in managing our Amazon Seller Central Storefront. You will play a key role in driving company success by maintaining "self-run" seller central accounts and solving complex operational issues.

Our Client is looking for a proficient Ecommerce Operations Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for adding, maintaining, and optimizing our Ecommerce product listings to increase sales and visibility on the following platforms: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Michaels, and Big Commerce websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace & Account Management
--Manage Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and other e-commerce marketplaces
--Upload, edit, and maintain product listings across all eCommerce channels
--Conduct daily account health checks and resolve any issues on all eCommerce platforms
--Expand FBA catalog to Amazon EU/UK marketplaces
--Troubleshoot and resolve issues (compliance, listing suspensions, keyword indexing, supply chain, marketing challenges)

Customer & Product Support
--Engage with customers via email and online chat
--Complete regular audits on product listings to ensure optimization (titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords)
--Assist in launching new products on Amazon with strategies such as giveaways, rebates, and ranking campaigns
--Support online marketing campaigns including PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, and generating reviews that comply with platform policies

Inventory & Supply Chain Management
--Maintain a 100% in-stock rate and optimize Amazon’s IPI score
--Investigate and troubleshoot supply chain, product development, and inventory issues
--Manage inventory levels and plan for peak periods to prevent stockouts

Team & Project Management
--Hire, train, and oversee employees within the Operations Team
--Lead project and team management efforts in ClickUp, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
--Develop and monitor KPIs that align with company goals

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Development
--Stay up-to-date with eCommerce best practices, trends, and updates for each platform
--Develop and execute strategies to meet business goals and enhance team performance
--Innovate and implement process improvements to streamline operations and add value to the team
--Provide support to other departments on various tasks as needed

Requirements:

Experience & Expertise
--5-8 years of experience with Amazon Seller & Vendor Central
--Strong knowledge of FBA & FBM and Amazon Seller Central operations
--Familiarity with managing end-to-end pricing operations across Amazon’s international marketplaces
--Experienced with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and other eCommerce platforms
--Hands-on experience with Helium10 and Excel (including v-lookups, filtering, etc.)
--Bonus: Experience with Data Dive, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Big Commerce websites

--Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization abilities
--Effective multitasker, capable of managing various workloads reliably
--Creative and proactive in designing and implementing streamlined processes

Education & Background
--Bachelor’s Degree required
--Previous experience leading and managing teams, especially in eCommerce
