Ecommerce & Marketing Virtual Assistant

Our company manages a golf apparel brand selling DTC and on Amazon. The person doing this role will assist the team across a number of areas including Amazon content uploads, website & marketing updates, excel reporting and customer service. The ideal candidate would have experience of working with these types of tasks. All candidates must be organised, reliable, accurate and quick learners. For the right candidate who is able to excel in the role, this represents an opportunity to further their remit and be trained in marketing excellence across Ecommerce, Amazon, Meta, Google, TikTok & Email.


Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Ideally someone with experience of at least one of: Amazon seller central, Google ads & Meta advertising
- UK Hours, or significant overlap with 9-5 UK Time
- Full Time (40 Hrs Per Week)
- 20-30kPP Per month depending on experience
- Valid Passport OR Photo ID
- Understanding & implementing a set of instructions
- Working independently
- Excel skills - Anyone with very basic excel skills (eg cant use filter or find and replace) will struggle to get through.
- Attention to detail
- Speed
- English skills
- Customer service Experience. via Facebook & Customer emails
- Must have personal computer access with good Wi-Fi connection and enough hardware capabilities for large excel spreadsheets
