**About Us:**
We are a growing ecommerce company that operates across multiple platforms such as Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and more. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and oversee our ecommerce operations. This role involves managing a team of professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations, and driving revenue growth across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Ecommerce Platform Management:**
- Oversee the daily operations of ecommerce stores on platforms like Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO and sales performance.
- Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor marketplace metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal performance and sales growth.

2. **Team Leadership & Management:**
- Lead and manage a remote team, including content creators, customer service representatives, fulfillment teams, and marketing specialists.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets sales, operational, and customer service targets.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for ecommerce operations and platform-specific strategies.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.

3. **Sales & Growth Strategy:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and improve conversion rates across all ecommerce platforms.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize pricing, product listings, and advertising efforts.
- Identify new growth opportunities and potential ecommerce platforms for expansion.
- Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising initiatives to boost sales.

4. **Inventory & Fulfillment Management:**
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, shipping, and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels across all platforms and ensure stock is replenished on time to avoid stockouts.
- Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline inventory management and supply chain processes.

5. **Customer Experience & Service:**
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring customer inquiries, returns, and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
- Implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention, including resolving escalated issues when necessary.
- Ensure that product descriptions, images, and overall customer journey on ecommerce platforms are optimized for a positive customer experience.

6. **Reporting & Analysis:**
- Track and report on ecommerce sales, expenses, and profit margins.
- Provide detailed performance reports on platform-specific KPIs, such as conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Utilize ecommerce analytics tools (e.g., Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace Analytics, Shopify reports) to make data-driven decisions.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, with hands-on experience on platforms such as Walmart, Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling ecommerce businesses across multiple platforms.
- Experience leading remote teams, with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and ecommerce best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Proficient in using ecommerce management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Helium 10).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in setting up and managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Familiarity with fulfillment processes, including FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to identify new ecommerce trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
