Ecommerce Financial Assistant and Data Specialist:

Overview:

Ecommerce marketing familiarity needed. Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and
accounting software. Primary duties will be in data gathering, compilation and
preparation of reports such as: profit and loss, marketing metrics, ROI, lifetime
value, etc. Must have exceptional spoken and written English. We sell
internationally, so experience working with multi-national markets and currencies
is a plus. This will be on a monthly basis assisting the bookkeeper, CPA and CFO to
accurately gather data, compile information and carry out basic data analysis.

Specific skills:
? Experienced in financial reporting for e-commerce businesses.
? Familiarity with e-commerce revenue recognition, subscription models,
and payment gateway processes.
? Familiarity with digital marketing metrics (e.g., ROI on ads, customer
acquisition strategies).
? Knowledge of tools like QuickBooks, NetSuite and/or ecommerce specific
ERP systems.
? Can “think” with data to create forecasting reports.
? Assistance with other related administrative tasks.

Work load is expected to be around 5-10 hours weekly
