JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Admin to join our team and help manage 1-3 eCommerce brands we are currently testing. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow as our brands scale.

Your Responsibilities:
Manage backend tasks for Shopify stores (1-3 brands at a time)
Connect everything from Shopify, Meta (Facebook Ads), and Trello based on our SOPs
Follow step-by-step processes to ensure smooth store setup
Test one new store daily
Communicate with other employees (creatives, support, etc.) to ensure everything is aligned
Requirements:
Experience with Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, and Trello
Good English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
Self-motivated and organized
Fast and reliable internet connection
This is a backend-focused role. You won’t be creating ads — just making sure all the tech and accounts are properly connected and functional.
