Valkyrie Trading and Services Co. is a small e-commerce business run by a dedicated solo entrepreneur. We're seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to assist with daily operations, focusing primarily on e-commerce management, with occasional personal assistant tasks.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management (Primary):

Handle product listings, inventory updates, and order fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze sales performance and provide weekly reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve business strategies.
Personal Assistance (Occasional):

Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders.
Assist with travel arrangements and personal errands as needed.
General Support:

Proactively suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
Conduct research for business and operational needs.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Carousell, and Amazon.
Basic graphic design skills, including familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills

Experience in e-commerce or virtual assistant roles.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
