VA Ecomm Customer Service
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team at DTLA Print. As a VA for our E-commerce customer service, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our customers and ensuring a smooth e-commerce experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and
- Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and chat support
- Assist customers with inquiries & order updates
- Process and ship orders using ShipStation
- Manage and update customer orders efficiently
- Handle product feed files (a plus, but not required)
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Previous e-commerce customer service experience(via phone & chat)
- Experience in shipping packages using ShipStation
- Familiarity with feed files is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using customer service platforms
