Ecom Dropshipping Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Project Manager to act as the right-hand person to the founder, taking full ownership of building, launching, and scaling new Shopify stores. This role requires end-to-end execution, from product research, store development, and hiring, to marketing strategy and operations management.

The ideal candidate has proven experience scaling dropshipping stores from $0 to six figures+, managing teams, and optimizing e-commerce operations for growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership & Execution
* Oversee the entire e-commerce business lifecycle, from product validation to scaling
* Develop and execute strategies for product selection, store optimization, and marketing
* Hire, train, and manage the necessary teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (VAs, designers, video editors, customer service reps)

Product Research & Store Development
- Identify high-margin, scalable products using TikTok Trends, Facebook Ad Library, Amazon Movers & Shakers, and competitor analysis
- Oversee and execute the Shopify store build-out, ensuring high-converting product pages, optimized layouts, and strong branding
- Implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates and average order value

Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and implement Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info ad strategies for testing and scaling products
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for maximum profitability
- Oversee influencer collaborations, email marketing, and upsells to increase customer lifetime value

Operations & Team Management
- Manage all aspects of order fulfillment, supplier relations, and logistics
- Establish and enforce SOPs for efficiency in customer service, fulfillment, and marketing
- Analyze store performance, financial reports, and ad data to ensure continuous growth and profitability


What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience scaling a Shopify/dropshipping store to $100K+ revenue
* Experience managing e-commerce teams and building out departments from scratch
* Strong knowledge of Shopify, product research, and scaling strategies
* Experience managing and optimizing Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info ad campaigns
* Strong analytical and decision-making skills, capable of data-driven strategy adjustments
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently without micromanagement

Bonus Skills
- Experience with Google Ads, email marketing (Klaviyo), and influencer marketing
- Ability to edit simple video ads for TikTok/Facebook
- Knowledge of supply chain & fulfillment processes for international orders

Salary & Benefits
$1,500–$2,000/month based on experience + performance-based bonuses
