We are an ecommerce company recently building an agency serving other ecommerce sellers. We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Lead Gen Specialist to help build our foundation. As we're just beginning our journey, we need someone who can wear multiple hats and is excited about growing with us. Our focus is on serving e-commerce sellers for advertising & marketplace management, and we're looking for an experienced specialist to generate leads, create compelling content, and potentially close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build a lead generation strategy and database from scratch
• Research, identify, and qualify potential e-commerce clients across various markets (UK, Hong Kong, Greater China Region)
• Develop and implement innovative lead generation tactics
• Create engaging content to attract e-commerce sellers, such as: Lead magnets, Case studies
• Set up and manage our CRM system and
• Conduct market research to understand our target audience and competitors
• Track, analyze, and optimize lead generation metrics
• Respond promptly to incoming leads and potentially close deals
• Conduct cold calls when necessary to engage potential clients
Requirements:
• Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B lead generation, specifically for SMMA or agencies targeting e-commerce sellers (IMPORTANT)
• Demonstrated success in building lead databases and qualifying leads from scratch
• Experience in Gohighlevel & website building is a strong bonus
• Strong track record of developing effective lead generation strategies
• Ability to create content that resonates with e-commerce business owners
• Proficiency with CRM systems and
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Solid understanding of various e-commerce platforms (i.e. Amazon)
• Stable and high-speed internet connection
We're looking for someone who:
• Has a proven track record of building successful lead generation systems from the ground up
• Can think outside the box and apply best practices from other agencies to our startup environment
• Is comfortable with taking initiative, making decisions, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced startup
• Has experience in potentially closing deals and understanding the full sales cycle
• Is excited about the challenge of building something from scratch
• Can bring innovative ideas and strategies to help us stand out in the competitive agency landscape
Key Objectives (First 1-2 Months):
• Build a database of at least 200 qualified leads within the first month
• Develop and implement a lead generation strategy within the first two weeks
• Create at least 5 high-quality lead magnets or pieces of content to attract potential clients
• Set up and optimize our CRM system, website and
• Generate a list of 50 warm leads ready for our incoming sales manager in 2 months to engage with
• Establish metrics and reporting systems to track lead generation effectiveness
