Candidate overview

We need someone who lives and breathes marketing communications in digital and online. They MUST be positive and willing to create solutions rather than fixate on problems. They must be upbeat and excited about the opportunity to “give back” and make a difference. They are willing to work on their own and confident in their ability to make decisions without always seeking sign-off. They are flexible in character to make things happen quickly if required and also able to have fun! Also willing to embrace our company values.

Potential Tasks:
· Content Creation: Develop engaging social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
· Content Repurposing: Transform existing content into new formats (e.g., blog posts into videos, courses, social media clips).
· Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
· Content Planning: Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals and seasonal trends.
· Market Research: Analyse competitor activities, identify industry trends, and conduct audience research.
· Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Skills & Competencies
· Strong writing and editing skills: Excellent command of the English language with a focus on
clear, concise, and engaging copywriting.
· Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
· Digital Marketing Fundamentals: Experience with SEO, paid advertising (optional), and email
marketing.
· Proactive and Independent: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for
collaborating with the team.
· Passion for Personal Development: Genuine interest in self-growth, mindfulness, and well-
being.
· Experience with Kajabi (preferred, not required): Familiarity with the Kajabi platform will be an
advantage.
