EXPERT Virtual Assistant for Video Production Company

Our young emerging Video Production company based here in Brisbane is on the hunt for a new KEEN employee!

We’re looking for a dedicated Hybrid Virtual Assistant who will amongst client facing work including Social Media Management, internal facing work such as Cold Emailing Sending and Appointment Setting and also internal admin Financial duties such as bookkeeping and Xero Reconciliation. In this hybrid role you will be responsible for building the businesses lead base and ensuring our internal pipeline remains as full. The Role features a strong emphasis on room to grow, with many pathways open for yourself to push for, should you have the hard-work, dedicate skillset we desire!

Our company produces TV Commercials, Cinema Campaigns and wider Content Strategies here in Australia, and you would be integral to the growth and success of our work! With plenty of growth opportunities available within the company..

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sourcing Leads utilising software such as Upgrade to see actual info to construct Cold Email Campaigns
- Managing Leads from Cold Email campaigns, filtering them into interest levels and responding ultimately appointment setting them.
- Scheduling, Caption Writing and Posting content for our clients utilising a strong recognition for existing caption styles. (English skills are Fundamental!)
- Managing data from Internal Campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram and Cold Email into Sheets so we can forecast, analyse and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Providing regular campaign performance reports that include CTR, Opens, Booked Calls and conversions for all campaigns including Facebook, Instagram and Cold Email
- Inbox Management for Director inclusive of Scheduling events in Calendar, filtering Spam emails, prioritising emails for reply and replying to certain emails on Directors behalf
- Reconciling transactions within the company's Xero file ready for review
- Providing Social Media Engagement for Splash Creative, inclusive of commenting on key industry accounts, liking stories, and replying to comments on our pages
- Optimizing, Formatting and Scheduling our Email Newsletter: Headlines, Body and Signature

REQUIREMENTS

- Availability to work AUS hours
- Fluent English (at least B2)
- 2+ years of experience as an VA
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in working with Google Suite- Docs, Sheets etc
- Prior Marketing and Hybrid experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in data analytics to determine important data and be able to suggest improvements
- Strong copywriting and copyediting abilities
- Ability to follow trends and understand the type of content that drives engagement for Social Media Management
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Effective communication and organization skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Competitive salary - $7-15 AUD/HOUR

This will be a remotely administered PART TIME [20 hr/week] position with an immediate starting date upon hire. You will need to be able to accommodate different schedules and time zones. You will need a quiet workspace with fast internet, a webcam, and a microphone for video.

Expect around 4 hours per day, but this can be expected to grow/increase very quickly if you are a great hard worker!
