This position is for a fully remote *Experienced* Customer Service Representative for a Roofing and Solar Company in Florida, USA


Job Overview:
We are a growing roofing and solar company based in Florida, seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming phone calls, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate can move into a management position within 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally manage inbound and outbound phone calls from customers and prospects.
• Respond to inquiries about roofing and solar services with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Schedule appointments and update client information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a customer service representative (preferably in roofing, solar, or a related industry).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with GHL or other CRMs, Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), and online collaboration tools.
• A strong internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
