EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION MANAGER / CLOSER NEEDED!

We are looking for a highly skilled Acquisition Manager who can take a deal from warm to close. If you have a strong background in real estate acquisitions, can confidently make verbal offers, and get sellers to sign contracts, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Perform property comps and evaluate deals.
Build strong rapport with sellers.
Negotiate and present verbal offers.
Overcome objections and close deals.
Ensure contracts are signed and processed efficiently.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate closer.
? Little to no accent – clear, professional English communication.
? Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections.
? Trainable, reliable, and punctual.
? Able to work full-time with minimal supervision.
? Experience with vacant land deals is a plus.
? Must be innovative and proactive—we need someone who can work independently and drive results.
