This position will be working directly with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for various social media platforms, ensuring high-quality production standards.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets client expectations.
- Create compelling original work from clips, and develop short-form content from long-form clips.
- Perform 10-bit color grading, apply LUTs, and manage color correction to ensure visual consistency.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content, without over-relying on flashy elements.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, and conduct basic sound design to complement the visual elements.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging video editing techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Expertise in 10-bit color grading and the use of LUTs.
- Ability to perform basic sound design and integrate audio elements effectively.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and file compression techniques.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling video content.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a social media marketing environment.
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.

Salary: $7-8 / hour
Schedule: 20 hrs a week, potential to move to full time with exceptional performance
Timezone: Central Standard Time Zone
