Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Social Media Poster to join our team. No prior experience needed—just a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
• Collaborate with our team to support social media campaigns and content goals.

Compensation & Benefits
• $185 - $195 per month, with potential bonuses based on business performance.
• Overtime pay available for extra hours worked.

Minimum Requirements (Must Have to Apply)

1. Computer Specifications:
• Minimum 16GB RAM (required for handling multiple applications).
• Processor: Intel i5 10th Gen or higher / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.
• Storage: SSD preferred for faster performance.
• Screen Size: At least 24 inches, or a dual monitor setup for multitasking.

2. Internet Requirements:
• Minimum 150 Mbps download speed (proof required).
• Stable connection (wired/fiber preferred; no mobile data or pocket Wi-Fi).
• Must be able to maintain consistent uptime during working hours.

3. Work Ethic & Availability:
• Must be reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Must be fully available during required working hours.
• Must be dedicated to long-term work and willing to follow content guidelines.
