Your Responsibilities:
• Manage daily posts in targeted subreddits, ensuring all content aligns with the assigned niche and meets platform guidelines.
• Interact with users by responding to comments and messages, building engagement and fostering community relationships.
• Strategically farm karma by creating valuable and engaging posts within relevant subreddits.
• Monitor and analyze subreddit trends to identify new opportunities for visibility and engagement.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content adheres to subreddit rules and audience preferences.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to the team, showcasing growth and engagement metrics.

Your Profile:
• At least 1 year of proven experience managing Reddit accounts with measurable success.
• Experience managing 5-10 accounts simultaneously and working with at least 2 models in previous roles.
• Applications must include proof of past performance (e.g., screenshots showing karma, post success, engagement metrics).
• Proficient in using multi-profile management software such as GoLogin, hidemyacc, or smartproxy.
• Strong understanding of Reddit’s rules, posting strategies, and community dynamics.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different niches.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
