JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support one of our clients with administrative and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and tech-savvy, with excellent written communication skills and a strong work ethic. Absolute experience with Excel is a must. This role is client-facing, requiring professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle email correspondence and maintain organized inboxes.
Data entry, including advanced tasks in Excel, and updating internal documents or CRM systems.
Assist in creating reports, proposals, or presentations.
Provide light administrative support such as research or data gathering.
Ensure timely and clear communication with the client and their team.
Support project management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
Absolute proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, or similar software.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, Go High Level, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Preferred:

Experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, or related industries.
Previous experience as a VA supporting US-based clients.
Work Hours:
Part-time, 10 AM to 2 PM CST (with the potential to expand to full-time based on performance and client needs).

Start Date: January 15, 2025 (preferred).
