JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an extremely organized and detail-oriented VA who can grow with our company.

Work Details:
*40 hours per week (Full time Preferred) 9am-5pm EST
*Part time considered
*After a 3-month probationary period, you will have 5 paid holidays per year, and start accumulating for 5 days of paid time off per year. The amount of paid time off per year will increase the longer you stay with the company.

Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks including but not limited to:
*Task and project management
*Input and update CRM lists
*Scheduling/coordinating appointments through texts, calls, or emails *Follow up with people
*Create Standard Operating Procedures
*Research
*Organize photos
*Some executive personal assistant tasks
* with social media marketing experience is a plus

Qualifications:
*Extremely organized and detail-oriented
*Great problem-solving skills/Resourceful
*Honest
*Willingness to learn and grow
*Has excellent communication skills, verbal and written
*Ability to follow instructions
*Has strong computer skills
*Proficient with Word/Excel/Powerpoint or Google Drive
*Motivated, disciplined, coachable, trainable, and a go-getter!
*Willing to take initiative and grow with the company
*1-2 years of overall work experience
