JOB OVERVIEW

Duties:

1. Administrative
- Manage client onboarding and CRM updates.
- Perform data entry, respond to emails, and take meeting notes.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
- Organize birthday gifts for clients.
- Update the mailing list in MailChimp.

2. Content & Marketing
- Create and post LinkedIn content using PowerPoint or Canva.
- Connect with and message contacts on LinkedIn.
- Develop presentations in PowerPoint and create event and webinar invitations.
- Update the website on Squarespace.

3. Bookkeeping
- Handle tax reporting and Xero reconciliations.
- Administer HUB24 investment tasks and prepare quarterly financial reports.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Xero, MailChimp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Background in insurance or financial planning is a plus.

- Team player: able to work with colleagues and supervisors
- Able to work with time-tracking applications (screenshot monitor, time doctor, etc.).

Technical Requirements:
- Personal Unit (Laptop) with at least an i5-core processor, 2.5 GHz, and 8GB of RAM
- Reliable ISP (at least 25 Mbps) and a working web camera
