Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Expert to lead our email marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong background in using mass email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, SendGrid, ActiveCampaign, and Go High Level (GHL). The ideal candidate will excel in crafting effective campaigns, optimizing email design, managing segmentation, and maintaining clean, organized email lists.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Maintain list hygiene, ensuring accurate segmentation and up-to-date subscriber information.
Create and optimize email templates with a focus on design, usability, and conversion.
Conduct A/B testing to continually improve email performance and key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
Segment audiences based on behaviors, preferences, and demographics to deliver highly targeted campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with broader business goals.
Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
Stay current with email marketing trends and platform updates to ensure best practices.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in email marketing, with expertise in platforms like Klaviyo, SendGrid, ActiveCampaign, and GHL.
Proven success in segmentation, A/B testing, and optimizing email campaigns for performance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience in list management and hygiene.
Creative mindset with the ability to design high-converting email templates.
Analytical skills to track and interpret email performance metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the mobile phone or technology industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and automation workflows.
Knowledge of advanced email strategies such as drip campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
Must have a quality modern computer, headset, and HD webcam.
