About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast growing company. You should have 10+ years of prior experience managing executives, preferably a CEO. You will be an extension of the CEO, and assist with email drafting, calendar management, project management, and other administrative tasks; this is a crucial role in supporting both the professional and personal aspects of our co-founder’s lives. You will also be responsible for managing other Administrative Support positions, including Administrative Assistants and Office Assistants. This role is ideal if you enjoy working in an energetic environment and streamlining hectic days. You are incredibly organized, a true team-player, and love to provide support to others. This role will report to the CEO, thus, demands a high level of organization, flexibility, and confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage professional scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
Manage personal scheduling for CEO, including specific health, home related tasks, and other personal errands such as shopping and coordinating personal events or family gatherings as needed
Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
Be a trusted partner and advisor to the CEO and the Company by attending important meetings and presentation, managing agendas, taking meeting notes, and tracking deliverables to execution
Attending meetings on the co-founders behalf, whether internal or external
Assist with onboarding new team members, planning Company-wide meetings & events, and maintaining Company dashboards that the CEO relies on for decision-making
Provide office management support, including coordinating supplies, cleaners, office assistants, and other ad-hoc needs
Help with other ad-hoc projects, such as data analysis, project management, or wherever else the team may need an extra hand
Qualifications

10+ years of Executive / Administrative support experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Highly organized with strong communication skills (written and verbal) and emotional intelligence
Creative, collaborative, curious, and innovative thinker
Detail-oriented with outstanding problem solving skills

Proficient in MS Office, Google Suites, and other administrative software.
Ability to multitask while adjusting to changing priorities. You are comfortable living in the “gray” and understand the need to approach each situation individually
Ability to work 9–5PM ET required
