E-commerce and Social Media Promoter

We sell products through eBay and our Shopify website. We need a proactive, creative E-commerce and Social Media Promoter to boost our sales. This isn’t a copy-paste job—it’s for a thinker who can work independently, generate fresh ideas, and take initiative to move inventory. You’ll promote listings and products via engaging posts with photos on Facebook, Instagram, X, and other platforms, plus manage eBay sales. You’ll strategize to boost sales and clear stale items, getting manager approval before acting.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote eBay listings to increase sales (e.g., pricing tweaks, sharing).
Push new and stagnant inventory on social media.
Propose ideas to move products (e.g., promotions, bundles) for approval.
Put items on sale on eBay and promote them.
Monitor inventory and execute approved plans.
Requirements:
1+ year of eBay experience (managing/promoting listings).
Social media marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, X).
Experience using MailChimp for email campaigns to our subscriber list.
Strong English skills (written/verbal).
Creative, independent worker with reliable internet/computer.
Note: May transition to full-time based on performance; ideally not committed elsewhere.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
E-commerce trends/sales tactics.
Experience with Loomly for managing social media posts.
