JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing e-commerce brand that specializes in high-quality day planners and stationery designed to help our customers balance and elevate their lives. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Virtual Assistant to assist with product listings, email management, and project organization.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage Shopify and Etsy product listings (uploading images, updating descriptions, pricing, and variants). *Note: Prior experience with Etsy is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
-Use Trello to track project progress and update tasks.
-Assist with Klaviyo email campaigns (scheduling, editing templates, and managing lists).
-Help with customer support via email (responding to inquiries and order updates).
-Organize and maintain digital files related to products and marketing.

Skills & Requirements:
-Previous experience with Shopify store management.
-Familiarity with Trello and Klaviyo (or willingness to learn quickly).
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred but not required:
-Canva, Adobe, or basic graphic design skills for resizing product images.
-Social media scheduling experience.

Work Hours & Compensation:
-4–5 hours/week with flexibility.
-Starting pay: PHP 7,000–9,000 (or $125–$150/month for 4–5 hours/week).
-Long-term potential for increased hours and responsibilities.
