E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Shopify)

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in the beauty & skincare e-commerce industry. If you’ve worked with successful beauty brands, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Support – Responding to beauty-related inquiries, handling orders & refunds
- Store Management – Managing Shopify product pages, updating descriptions & inventory
- Social Media Engagement – Replying to DMs, comments, and assisting with content scheduling
- Email & Chat Support – Providing personalized responses to customers
- Other e-commerce tasks based on experience

Requirements:
- Must have experience working with beauty/skincare e-commerce brands
- Must provide proof of past stores worked on (Google Form submission required)
- Knowledge of Shopify, order fulfillment, or social media tools is a plus

Salary & Work Hours:
- Pay: Competitive (Based on experience)
- Hours: Full-time or Part-time available
