JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management:
Optimize and manage Amazon listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
Handle PPC campaigns, including setup, monitoring, optimizing, keyword updates, and ensuring ROI-positive ad performance.
Maintain account health, addressing flagged issues and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
Monitor and report on product rankings and implement strategies to improve visibility, including manual listing improvement and conversion tactics.
Use tools like Helium 10 and GEIDAs for keyword optimization, inventory reconciliation/reimbursements, and cost analysis.
E-commerce Platform Support:
Ensure seamless integration and data accuracy between Shopify and other platforms like Walmart and Faire.
Perform basic troubleshooting and updates for Shopify listings when required.
Monitor and address customer inquiries on Faire and Etsy, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Creative Collaboration:
Collaborate with in-house and external graphic designers for asset creation. (Note. this is Not a graphics focused position, but need to understand Amazon best practices and graphic needs for listings and ads).
Utilize existing libraries and tools to request or upload necessary creative assets.
Customer Service Support:
Manage customer interactions across platforms using tools like Supermoon for efficient resolution.
Address common issues, such as shipping discrepancies or product queries, using pre-defined templates and macros.
Coordinate replacements and claims for damaged items, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Update and maintain SOPs for all responsibilities to ensure seamless task handovers.
Provide feedback on existing processes and suggest improvements where needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Amazon accounts and PPC campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, GEIDAs, and Supermoon (or similar platforms).
Experience with Shopify Marketplace Connect, Walmart Marketplace, and Faire is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of e-commerce metrics like cost-per-click (CPC), profit margins, and conversion rates.
Excellent written communication skills for customer service and listing management.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Comfortable collaborating with teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills:
Obsession with ranking products and staying up to date with the hacks for them.
Experience with SEO strategies and keyword optimization for e-commerce.
Familiarity with customer journey optimization tactics, such as adding discounts or highlighted features to listings.
Basic graphic design knowledge to coordinate with designers effectively.
