Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our Shopify storefront, including product listings, customer support, email correspondence, and photo editing. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creative skills, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Shopify Product Management: Efficiently list products on our Shopify store, including writing product descriptions, setting pricing, and managing inventory. 2. Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. 3. Email Management: Organize and manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses to customers and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. 4. Photo Editing: Enhance product images using photo editing software, ensuring all visuals align with brand standards. 5. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as required, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining digital files. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce setting. • Familiarity with Shopify platform and its functionalities. • Strong skills in photo editing and graphic design. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • High level of organization and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment. • Knowledge of email management tools and customer service best practices.
