Hey there! At Zapply, we’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand focused on helping men optimising their testosterone levels naturally. We started with two founders and have grown into a small, dynamic team spread across Europe & Asia. Our close-knit, international crew is committed to growing together and achieving great results—and we’re looking for an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to join us on this exciting journey.

What You’ll Do
1. Content & File Organization
Keep our Google Drive and other file systems well-structured and easy to navigate.
Ensure creative assets and essential documents are consistently organized.

2.Project Management (Notion)
Set up and manage projects, tasks, and timelines in Notion.
Refine our content production and operational processes for maximum efficiency.

3. Ads & Marketing Support
Schedule Facebook Ads and assist with other paid media initiatives.
Communicate with our marketing team about campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.

4. Process Automations & Systems
Build out new workflows and automations across various tools and platforms.
Help develop clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to streamline operations.

5.Reports & Data Management
Use Google Sheets to generate regular reports, track KPIs, and ensure data accuracy.
Present findings to the leadership team in a clear, actionable format.

6.Recruitment & Administrative Tasks
Create job posts and coordinate interviews with potential hires.
Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Ideal Candidate
-All-Rounder: You enjoy tackling different kinds of tasks, no matter how big or small.

-Highly Organized: You’re comfortable managing projects, schedules, and files with meticulous attention to detail.

-Tech-Savvy: Experienced with Notion, Google Sheets, and a variety of SaaS tools (automation, CRM, etc.).

-Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to take initiative.
Growth Mindset: Excited about the potential to transition into a senior leadership role over time.

Projected Timeline
Month 1: Trial period (hourly basis) to ensure a mutual fit.
Months 2–6: Formal E-Commerce Virtual Assistant role, focusing on daily operational tasks.
Months 6–12: Transition to a COO-like position, working closely with the C-suite team to guide company strategy and growth.
