Job Description:
We are seeking an E-commerce Shopify VA. Responsibilities include:
• Ad, Product, and Creative Research: Browse TikTok, Meta Ad Library, and various social platforms and spy tools daily to identify trending ads and winning products. Find, download and organize creative assets for specific products into our cloud-based research folder.
• Photo and Video Editing: Perform basic editing and create performance creatives for advertising.
• Supplier Sourcing: Identify top suppliers on Alibaba, ensuring optimal quality and pricing. Source suppliers for new winning products.
• Influencer Outreach: Connect with influencers and ugc creators to promote our products.
• Shopify Management: Create landing pages. Add products to our Shopify stores and write compelling product descriptions. Perform basic administrative tasks and overall Shopify store management.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Virtual Assistant.
• Experience with social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and tools like Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools.
• Fast internet connection is essential for this job.
• Basic photo and video editing skills are needed. Advanced photo and video editing skills is a huge plus.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• A passion or interest in digital marketing is a plus.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, able to multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
• Problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
