E-commerce Product Sourcing & Listings Specialist

The eCommerce Product Sourcing & Listings Specialist is a remote job that will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-demand products, creating and managing listings, and implementing repricing strategies to maximize profitability. This role requires a combination of market research, attention to detail, and familiarity with pricing dynamics in online marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Sourcing
-Conduct market research to identify potential products that align with our target audience and sales goals.
-Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms as needed.
-Analyze sales data to forecast demand and plan inventory needs accordingly.
2. Listing Management
-Create and optimize product listings on [specify platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.] with engaging descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
-Monitor and update listings to ensure accuracy in pricing, availability, and details.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content and ensure listings align with overall brand messaging.
3. Repricing Strategy
-Implement and monitor pricing strategies based on competitor analysis, market trends, and product demand.
-Utilize repricing tools or software to keep pricing competitive and aligned with profitability targets.
-Regularly review pricing policies to adjust for changes in demand, costs, or competitor behavior.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
-Generate and analyze weekly reports on sourcing performance, listing metrics, and pricing effectiveness.
-Identify trends or issues related to product listings, sourcing challenges, and pricing changes.
-Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights to optimize sourcing and pricing.

Requirements:
-Experience preferred 1 yr+ in Amazon/eBay/Tiktok: product sourcing, listings, or pricing.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales and market data.
-Excellent written communication skills for creating effective listings.
-Proficiency with eCommerce platforms, listing tools, and repricing software.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Familiarity with specific tools such as Jungle Scout, SellerAmp, Keepa, or similar product research tools.
-Experience with repricing tools like SKUGrid, RepriceSeller, Amazon Repricer Automation, and other repricing tools.
