Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to manage and enhance our online product listings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, editing, and uploading product information while ensuring accuracy, high-quality presentation, and an optimized user experience. A strong focus will be placed on proficiency in Excel, listing management, AI-enhanced content creation, and product research.

Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage product listings on the website with high efficiency.
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to accurately enter, organize, and analyze product data.
- Research and gather product details from vendor websites to ensure completeness.
- Edit and enhance product images (cropping, unblurring, and using basic tools like Canva or Photoshop).
- Ensure accurate pricing, descriptions, and specifications for all products.
- Conduct in-depth product research to identify new items, market trends, and potential suppliers.
- Utilize AI tools to refine descriptions, improve content quality, and optimize SEO.
- Maintain clean, well-structured, and up-to-date product information.
- Collaborate with vendors to gather and update product details, including pricing and specifications.
- Ensure all content is clear, well-written, and error-free.
- Assist in overall product management and organization.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, product listing, or a similar role.
- Applicants must have their own work-from-home setup, including a reliable laptop and internet connection.
- Experience handling US clients is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data management, analysis, and bulk uploads.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify) and product listing best practices.
- Basic knowledge of image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Strong English reading and writing skills for crafting engaging and accurate product descriptions.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, enhancement, and automation.
- Ability to research and compare products, suppliers, and industry trends effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.

Salary:
- $650 USD per month
