Job Title: E-commerce Product Listing Specialist
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Product Listing Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay. This role involves content creation, keyword optimization, and data analysis to maximize product exposure, improve search rankings, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Creation: Write clear and compelling product descriptions, titles, and bullet points that highlight product features and benefits.
Content Optimization: Use SEO and keyword research tools (like Helium 10, JungleScout, or Keepa) to optimize listings for search rankings.
Image Management: Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality images, videos, and infographics are aligned with platform requirements and showcase the product effectively.
Category & Attribute Management: Assign products to appropriate categories, ensuring all attributes are filled in correctly to enhance search visibility.
Inventory Management Support: Update product availability, SKUs, and stock status to keep listings current.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor listings to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Performance Tracking: Track listing performance metrics, including conversion rates, click-through rates, and search ranking; adjust strategies as needed.
Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all listings adhere to each platform's guidelines, avoiding prohibited practices and potential listing suspensions.
Customer Feedback Integration: Review and integrate customer feedback into product listings for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce product listing and optimization, preferably on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay.
Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, JungleScout, Amazon Seller Central, and other listing software.
Skills: Strong writing skills, familiarity with SEO best practices, and attention to detail.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing, design, and operations teams.
