We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic VA with expertise in Shopify, Etsy, Klaviyo, Recharge, and e-commerce operations. You’ll manage operations, troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, improve customer experience, and support marketing & fulfillment.

? 1+ year in operations or e-commerce management
? Strong problem-solving & organizational skills
? Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and marketing tools is a plus
