We’re looking for a driven Operations & Growth Manager who wants to help optimize our systems, lead projects, and help us scale our e-commerce brands to the next level. You’ll be working closely with our CEO—improving processes, hiring top talent, and making sure our entire team is set up for success. Together, we’ll refine the foundation and systems for this role, and you’ll grow into a key leader in our company.

We’re GRW Brands, a fast-growing e-commerce company with currently 2 brands in our portfolio, and we're on a mission to revolutionize how brands are built and scaled. We believe that creating and growing e-commerce brands is a process that can be systemized and replicated. Our goal this year is to launch at least 3 more brands.By combining AI, automation, and amazing talent, we build systems and software that can copy and paste successful brand strategies. While AI handles a lot, we know that talented people are essential to guide our systems and improve the way we work together.

Your Role
- Operations & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, develop action plans, and ask, “How can we be 5?tter every week?”
- Manage Hiring: Write job posts, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and keep a close eye on hiring metrics like time-to-hire and retention.
- Onboarding: Ensure new hires have the tools and guidance they need from day one, updating our SOPs in Notion to keep everything fresh.
- Building & Leading a Team: Over time, you’ll grow your own sub-team to handle operations across multiple brands—delegating tasks and keeping everyone aligned.
- Team Management & Accountability: Track KPIs, hold regular check-ins, and spot top performers (or those who might need extra support).
- Supplier Management: Negotiate with suppliers, track inventory levels, and ensure smooth restocks.
Be the CEO’s Right Hand: Align with Bob’s vision, help set major company initiatives, and keep projects on track.

Compensation & Work Hours
- Salary: $800 - $3,000 USD monthly (depending on experience and results) + bonuses based on performance.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CET. We expect you to attend all scheduled tea
- Remote Work: We operate 100% remotely across multiple time zones. Be prepared to collaborate online with an international team.
