E-commerce & Influencer Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an A+ E-commerce & Influencer Marketing Virtual Assistant for a Aroma Diffuser, Beauty & Skincare Brand, who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands the power of social commerce, and knows how to keep operations smooth. You'll play a key role in managing our Shopify store, coordinating with influencers and UGC creators, and optimizing our affiliate marketing efforts. If you’re proactive, organized, and have a passion for beauty, self-care, and lifestyle products – this might just be your dream role!

Key Responsibilities:

- Shopify Management: Create, edit, and optimize manual orders and ensure smooth logistics.
- Influencer & UGC Coordination: Communicate with influencers, track campaign timelines, send out product packages, and follow up on deliverables.
- Content Briefing & Management: Use Canva to design influencer content briefings and maintain organized campaign sheets in Google Spreadsheets.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries professionally via Gmail and manage email labels efficiently.
- Affiliate Marketing Assistance: Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, ensure Social Snowball dashboards are updated, and assist affiliates when needed.
- Team Communication: Collaborate and update progress via Slack, ensuring everyone stays aligned.
- Translation & Localization: Work comfortably in Dutch and utilize DeepL and ChatGPT for translations and content refinement.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience with Miro, Shopify, Canva, Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail.
- Experience or strong interest in influencer marketing and affiliate management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication.
- Passion for beauty, self-care, and lifestyle products is a big plus!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (with Chat GPT) and English
