Do you love helping people and solving problems? Blisswell, a fast-growing health and wellness E-commerce brand, is looking for a Customer Service Expert to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries within 24 hours.
• Issue refunds according to the policy.
• Send replacement products to customers when needed.
• Answer all customer questions accurately.
• Chat with our support team and suppliers daily on Slack and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
• Experience using Shopify, DeepL, and ReAmaze.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in E-commerce customer service.
• Strong English skills, both speaking and writing.
