E-commerce Business Analyst

About Us:
We are a UK-based e-commerce private label business operating across multiple marketplaces in Europe and UK, with approximately 500 active SKUs under two distinct brands.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Business Analyst to join our team and help optimize the performance of our e-commerce operations by using our in house built tool in Qliksense. This role goes beyond daily data analysis – we are looking for someone who can interpret data, draw actionable business insights, and make recommendations to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, listing performance, and overall business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon analytics, business strategy, and tools like QlikSense and Helium 10. Experience leveraging Amazon Search Query Performance (SQP) reports it's a big plus.

KPI Management:
Monitor key business metrics, including profitability, conversion rates, TACOS and product performance.
Set performance benchmarks and work with the team to ensure we consistently meet or exceed them.

Reporting
Deliver clear, concise reports that provide actionable insights to support decision-making at all levels of the business.

Requirements:
Experience:
2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Amazon.

Skills:
Proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
Ability to find places for improvements in a current product selection
Strong experience with Amazon Search Query Performance reports and using tools like Helium 10 and Qlik Sense.
Strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion independently.
