JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Business Acquisition Specialist to identify profitable e-commerce businesses for acquisition. The ideal candidate will be an e-commerce expert with a deep understanding of financial statements, particularly profit and loss (P&L) statements, and a proven track record of identifying high-potential businesses with excellent products and strong financial performance.

This is a commission-based role, where you will earn $5,000 to $10,000 per business successfully sold that you identify. Comprehensive training materials and access to specific websites will be provided to help you identify and evaluate businesses effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify e-commerce businesses available for sale that meet profitability and growth criteria.
Evaluate potential acquisition targets based on product quality, market demand, and business viability.
Analyze and interpret P&L statements and other financial data to assess profitability and operational efficiency.
Use the provided tools, resources, and websites to locate and assess businesses.
Prepare detailed reports and recommendations on potential acquisitions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure businesses align with strategic goals and investment criteria.
Stay updated on trends in the e-commerce sector to identify emerging opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven expertise in e-commerce, with experience managing or evaluating online businesses.
Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting P&L statements and other financial documents.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to assess business viability and growth potential.
Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the e-commerce space.
Familiarity with tools and platforms used to evaluate and manage e-commerce businesses.
A degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Compensation and Resources:

$5,000 to $10,000 commission per business successfully sold that you identify.
