We are looking for an E-commerce Assistant to help with customer queries and product listings for our online store. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, familiar with e-commerce, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond to customer questions via email and chat.
Order Handling: Work with suppliers to ship products and keep customers informed.
Product Listing: Add and update products on our Shopify store as needed.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in customer support.
Basic understanding of e-commerce.
Familiar with Shopify.

Requirements:

Home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
35 hours of work per week.

Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.
