E-Commerce Website Developer & Designer (Shopify)

We are seeking a talented and creative E-Commerce Website Developer & Designer with strong expertise in Shopify to lead the creation of a multi-language website for our growing accessories brand. You will be responsible for both the technical development and creative design of the website, as well as creating engaging content and product pages. The site will support three languages, and the ideal candidate must have experience in multi-language Shopify stores, web design, and e-commerce best practices.

1. Website Design & Development:
- Design and develop a visually appealing, user-friendly Shopify website that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and values.
Implement responsive design to ensure the website functions smoothly across all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
- Customize Shopify themes to create unique layouts, product showcases, and shopping experiences.
- Optimize site speed, performance, and SEO to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
- Integrate multi-language support (in three languages) into the website using Shopify's language features or third-party apps.
2. Content Creation & Management:
- Create compelling website content including homepage banners, product descriptions, and landing pages that effectively communicate the brand's message.
- Develop and upload all product pages, ensuring each product has detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant metadata.
- Ensure accuracy in translations for all three languages (using tools as needed).
3. E-Commerce Functionality & UX:
- Implement e-commerce best practices, including user-friendly navigation, streamlined checkout process, and product filtering options.
- Set up and manage Shopify apps and plugins for inventory management, email marketing, customer reviews, and analytics.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, from browsing to purchasing, including optimizing the shopping cart and payment gateway functionality.
- Implement tracking tools for sales, user behavior, and performance metrics, using platforms like Google Analytics.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Shopify Developer/Designer, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry.
-Proficient in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid) and Shopify theme customization.
-Strong design skills with experience in web design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch.
-Experience with multi-language Shopify stores and understanding of Shopify's localization features.
-Strong SEO knowledge and experience optimizing e-commerce websites for search engines.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling written content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Experience with Shopify apps for inventory management, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
-Understanding of UX/UI principles and how to create a user-friendly and visually appealing e-commerce site.
-Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge of basic graphic design to create banners, icons, and other website assets is a plus.
